How to Fisch Fisch Crews
Crew Herald, founding cost, Architect caps, roles, and house dailies.
Crews are the social layer in Fisch, not a combat class. How to Fisch is Roblox Fisch by Fisching (online multiplayer, C$ economy, launched 5 October 2024), not the Steam title How to Fish. You can finish Getting Started, buy Carbon, and farm Forsaken Pond without ever founding a crew. You create one when you want daily challenges, a stable hunt group, and a member cap you are willing to pay for.
The building is the Crew House on Moosewood. Talk to Crew Herald to open the Crew Board. That NPC is the founder window. Public chat is not a crew. The rest of the people layer — locks, the new player filter, trading caution — lives on the Players Hub. This page is the board itself: cost, cap, roles, dailies, and the trades crews make sloppy.
Founding cost and why hour one is wrong
Creating a crew costs 50,000 C$ and requires Level 200. That pile is Midas-adjacent. Spending it on a logo before Magma Rod is a vanity wipe. Do not found a crew in hour one. Bank a boat, a real rod route, and the merchant habits on the Players Hub first.
Joining someone else’s crew has no 50k gate. If you want dailies without founding, ask for an invite. Open crews collect strangers. Invite-only crews collect people who already fish together. Read the join setting before you click.
A new Founder starts with 10 members. That is enough for a friend group. It is not a reason to panic-upgrade.
Crew Architect caps
Crew Architect is the upgrade track that raises member cap toward 50. Each step spends Seasonal Crew Rating plus C$:
- 10 to 20: 1,000 rating + 50,000 C$
- 20 to 30: 5,000 rating + 250,000 C$
- 30 to 40: 25,000 rating + 1,250,000 C$
- 40 to 50: 100,000 rating + 6,250,000 C$
Those C$ numbers are rod money. 250k is past Fallen. 1.25M is Bloomspire-adjacent. 6.25M is oath-tier. Upgrade because the roster is full of people who actually log in, not because 50 looks better on the icon. Seasonal Crew Rating comes from doing crew work during the season, not from buying a second logo.
If the roster is four friends, stay at 10. Capacity is a tax.
Roles
Three roles. Do not invent officer powers the board does not show.
- Founder — owns the icon, can promote and demote, and sits at the top of the board. Founding is the 50k / Level 200 action. Transfer expectations should be spoken in crew chat, not assumed.
- Officer — handles privacy, capacity upgrades, kicks, and invites. This is the day-to-day admin. Give Officer to people who already understand sell-all locks, not to the first stranger who asked.
- Member — fishes, does dailies, and does not get kick power. Most of the roster should stay here.
Promote slowly. A kicked Officer is an awkward Moosewood reunion. A Member who cannot invite is safer than an Officer who invites trade bots.
Daily challenges and the Crew House loop
Daily challenges live at the Crew House. Walk in, read the board, and do the listed catches or island tasks with the people who showed up. Weekly challenges exist on the same board when the season posts them. Rewards are cosmetics, rating, and a reason to be on the same island. They are not a substitute for selling commons.
Session order that does not bankrupt the founder:
- Redeem codes if any are live.
- Confirm Limited and Exotic auto-sell are off, and favorite keepers. The tools checklist repeats the lock step every login.
- Run Crew House dailies if the group is on.
- Fish the actual money spot for the rod you are buying next.
- Meet the crew after the bank is safe.
Do not start the day in a random trade. Do not found a second crew because the first one felt quiet. Leave and join; do not pay 50k twice to reset the icon.
Trading while you have a crew
Crew chat makes rushed trades easier, not safer. Trading still needs the level gate on both sides. Direct trade is interact on another player (fishing controls maps that to E). Trade Plaza still does not sell live fish.
Rules that belong here because this is where people get sloppy:
- Verify the item still drops before you pay crew-chat prices. Event fish and retired bait are how rushed deals become screenshots. Check updates if a name sounds like last season.
- Lock Limited and Exotic before any sell-all, including the sell after a crew hunt. Favorite Enchant Relics and Depths Keys the same way.
- Do not donate relics to a crew-mate who promised a rod. Relics are enchant fuel.
- If the deal is only possible because the hunt is loud, decline. Crew is not a voucher.
You can ignore trading forever and still use crews for dailies. Merchant C$ is the bank. Plaza C$ is optional.
Crew House is a Moosewood building, not a second merchant. Pay 50,000 C$ at Level 200 if the roster will use the dailies. Stay a Member in someone else’s crew if you only want the board. Either way, lock Limited and Exotic before the hunt sell-all, and do not found a crew because the first hour felt lonely.
Frequently Asked Questions
Quick answers for codes, rods, and Saturday patches.
How do I create a crew in Fisch?
Talk to Crew Herald in the Crew House on Moosewood. Founding costs 50,000 C$ and requires Level 200. Crews start at 10 members.
How do I raise crew member cap?
Use Crew Architect. Caps climb 10 to 20 (1,000 rating + 50k C$), 20 to 30 (5k + 250k), 30 to 40 (25k + 1.25M), then 40 to 50 (100k + 6.25M).
What can Founder and Officer do?
Founder owns the icon and can promote or demote. Officer handles privacy, capacity, kicks, and invites. Members fish and run dailies without kick power.
Should I found a crew in the first hour?
No. 50,000 C$ at Level 200 is Midas-adjacent money. Join an existing crew for dailies, or wait until the rod route is real.
Do I need a crew to trade?
No. Trading uses the level gate and interact on another player. Crew chat just makes rushed deals easier. Verify the item still drops, and lock Limited and Exotic before sell-all.
Where are crew daily challenges?
At the Crew House on Moosewood. Walk in, read the board, and complete the listed tasks with whoever is online. They do not replace selling commons.
